This document is published in accordance with the The provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user agreement for access or usage of company websites www.dreamzultimate.biz & www.dzshoppie.com .


Uses of Dreamz Ultimate website :-

Following websites [including  www.dreamzultimate.biz & www.dzshoppie.com  (hereinafter referred to as" the Website") and its related sites, services and tools] 

is governed by the following terms and conditions as applicable to the Website and the general principles for other Dreamz Ultimate website. If you transact on any Dreamz Ultimate website other than the Website, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable  to the Dreamz Ultimate sites for such transaction. This User Agreement for the Website shall come into effect on 0000 hours India Standard Time 26 December 2012 ("User Agreement"). If you reside in India, you are contracting with Dreamz Ultimate  a registered government company under proprietor/incorporated/public limited/ private limited/limited/LLC/LC  under Companies Act, 1956 with registered office at Ghaziabad [UP].These terms and conditions constitute your binding  obligations towards these respective contracting entities (here in after individually and collectively referred to as “Dreamz Ultimate”).

For the purpose of the User Agreement, Registered User /Guest User and wherever the context so require ‘You’ shall mean any natural or legal person who   has agreed to become a member of the Website by providing Registration Data(as defined hereinafter) while registering on the Website as   Registered User /Guest User using the computer systems of the Website and accepted this electronic version / electronic record of the User Agreement and has allocated himself a unique Consumer Application Form Identification user name (“CAF User ID” and“ Password”) to become Registered User or have been identified as Guest User by providing cell number and email id and getting computer generated numeric user id and password.

As a new Registered User/ Guest User, this User Agreement shall be effective and binding upon your ‘acceptance’. ‘Acceptance’ shall mean your affirmative action in clicking on ‘check box’ and on the ‘continue/submit button ’as provided on the registration page or clicking on ‘Pay Now’ button while transacting as Guest User or such other actions that implies your acceptance.. If you do not agree or are not willing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement and  https://www.dreamzultimate.biz/policies.php Please do not click on the"check box " and on the ”continue” button or “Pay Now” button and do not seek to obtain access to or otherwise use the Website.

Amendments: Dreamz Ultimate may amend this User Agreement and/or Dreamz Ultimate Rules and Policies at anytime by posting a revised version on the Website. All updates and amendments shall be notified to You via Dreamz Ultimate Website’s Announcement Board. The revised version will be effective at the time Dreamz Ultimate posts it on the Website.In addition, if the revised version of this User Agreement includes a Substantial Change, Dreamz Ultimate will provide you with 30 days' prior notice of such Substantial Change/s by sending an email on registered email. as per the Notification Preferences provided by You to Dreamz Ultimate.  You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and in Dreamz Ultimate Rules, Regulations and Policies. For the purpose of this User Agreement, the term "Substantial Change" means a change to the terms of this User Agreement that reduces your rights or increases your responsibilities.


By impeded or expressly accepting this User Agreement, You also accepted agree to be bound by Dreamz Ultimate Rules and Policies as provided from time to time in the following hyperlinks:

    Deductions :

  1. 5 % will be Deducted for [TDS] Service Tax as per Govt. Rules.
  2. 5 % will be Deducted for Company Administration Charges for Education, Training's & Expenses on Seminar's.
  3. 10 % will be Adjusted for Wallet to used in Repurchase of Products in every month, [Mean's 5% on Every 15 days closing].

    Used of Repurchase Wallet :

  1. 1:5 Ratio of Amount will be used to Repurchase of Products by On-line or Off-line Structure.
  2. For eg.; if you want to used INR 500 from Wallet then you Purchase Products of INR 2500.
  3. Means, you pay cash INR 2000 & Left INR 500 Deducted from your Wallet.

    Joining Conditions :

  1. Maximum 3 ID's are FREE Register or Activated on a PAN Card Number in Lifetime Business.
  2. Nominee will also required PAN Card & Passport Photo.
  3. Manual Form fill-up is Compulsory to Activate your Computer generated FREE Registered ID.
  4. After 30 Day FREE Registration or Direct Position LOCK, only pay INR 100 to Activate your Position for 365 days.
  5. In between you any time Purchase a Activation kit to received all incomes from your down-line.
  6. After paying INR 100 company gives you Business kit [Cost of Literature, Product Booklets, Consumer Activation Form 'CAF' & Leaflets]

  7. CAF Activation kit will be delivered within 3-5 working days after Submit Online Form, payments & Receiving time max. 15 days in India.

  8. When you Register Online FREE your ID you have to maximum 30 days time to Activate your ID along with all Documents Proof. 
  9. PAN Card Photocopy of Distributor & Nominee will be submitted along with CAF form in office within maximum 45 Days 
  10. If any IBO not submitted all documents timely, first company warn you then your ID will be Deactivated.
  11. Without PAN Card you are not eligible to doing any Business with Dreamz Ultimate.
  12. Company gives you 45 Days of time to submit all documents in office after Activation of CAF ID.
  13. If any Registered Distributor Activate his/her ID but not submitted PAN Card No. and achieved Rewards , Incomes, all Levels,
  14. Before submitting PAN Card No. then company gives you Levels and Income after 20% Deductions in Taxes,
  15. But your all Rewards are pending up to 45 Days.
  16. If you submitted PAN Card No. within 45 Days then you received all Rewards otherwise your ID will be deactivated,
  17. Company have authorised to cancel your ID without prior notice after warnings and you are not eligible to received any rewards & incomes.
  18. Your Nominee will never be Joined the Business on New ID, because it will be your business Partner Already.
  19. Company Closing will be on every month's 15th and 30/31st Date, in February month it will be 28/29th.
  20. Payments will be released on 10th day after every closing, means on 10th & 25th day on each month.
  21. Every Achiever's Rewards will be distributed on next coming Seminars on Stage in front of all Teams.
  22. If any Distributor want cash behalf of Rewards, then All Taxes & Service Taxes will be deducted on particular products.
  23. Cost Deduction Based on there cost of basic purchase by company.
  24. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee* of any herbal products to your Joining Kit or in Repurchase, if you are not satisfied with Herbal Products.
  25. If you have any query, contact your sponsor or company HELP-LINE or communicate via mails or via Customer-Care.
